ORDER CHANGES
For any modifications to your existing order, kindly email us at Help@cozycubby.store. You have the option to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, please refer to the sections below for instructions on returns.
RETURN
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused or unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please contact us at Help@cozycubby.store. Once your request has been approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
Send an email to Help@cozycubby.store including:
- Your return request
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Return reasons include:
- Wrong size
- Incorrect item
- Damaged item
- Did not meet expectations
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return is approved, we'll send instructions explaining where to send your package.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirming that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
RESTOCKING FEE
No restocking fee.
PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIRED FOR RETURNS
Products must be returned in new condition.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to appear.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We're sorry if your order arrived damaged.
If you believe you've received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include:
- Clear photos showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
Send everything to Help@cozycubby.store.
We'll review your claim and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item until your claim has been resolved.
Please note that returned products showing normal wear and tear rather than manufacturing defects may not qualify for a refund.
MISSING ORDERS
Lost orders are extremely rare.
If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, it will be considered lost and a full refund will be issued.
REJECTED SHIPMENTS
Orders that are refused or cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or because the recipient failed to collect the package, are not eligible for a refund.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return the incorrect item, and once confirmed, we'll issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
